This course is the fourth in a series of six courses designed for the the First-Line Supervisor. It is intended to reduce incidents of Abuse and Neglect by fostering a Culture that is intolerant of such behaviors. First-Line Supervisors play a crucial role in shaping the Culture and ensuring that Abuse and Neglect are prevented through daily actions, not just in response to incidents. Preventing Abuse and Neglect is essential to your long-term success as a supervisor!
