David Leslie brings more than 20 years of experience helping senior living communities connect with families at some of the most important moments in their lives. He began his career as a Sales and Marketing Director at Henry Ford Village in Dearborn, Michigan, one of the largest senior living communities in the state, where he spent five years guiding hundreds of families through the decision-making process and helping them understand the value of senior living.
David went on to hold leadership roles at Brookdale Senior Living and A Place for Mom, gaining a deep understanding of the operational, marketing, and sales challenges faced by operators across the country.
He joined Talk Further nearly five years ago, where he now partners with senior living operators to modernize how they engage prospects, respond faster to new leads, and turn conversations into move-ins.
