Dr. Christina Marsack-Topolewski, LMSW, is an Associate Professor in the Eastern Michigan University College of Health and Human Services, where she contributes extensively to teaching, research, and service in social work and human services. Her scholarship centers on disability and aging, autism spectrum disorder, family caregiving, quality of life, service navigation, and the wellbeing of individuals and families across the lifespan.
Dr. Marsack-Topolewski has authored more than 70 peer-reviewed publications and has led or contributed to major funded initiatives supporting older caregivers, adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, and intergenerational community programs. Her work has been recognized with numerous honors, including The Arc of Oakland County’s Disability Advocacy Hall of Fame Award (2024) and the Ronald W. Collins Distinguished Faculty Research Award (2024).
