Caitlin Kefgen, MA, (she/her) is the Director of Training and Education at MiGen – Michigan’s LGBTQ+ Elders Network. Caitlin holds a Master’s of Teaching, Learning, and Cultural Competency degree and has more than 15 years of experience in the field of K-12 public education, where she provided DEI training for educators, worked with community members to develop DEI initiatives in their schools, and helped to design and deliver DEI programming to students. As Director of Training and Education at MiGen, Caitlin is responsible for overseeing the creation, delivery, and ongoing maintenance of virtual and in-person training curricula, along with certification and credentialing programs at the local, state, and regional/national levels.
