Dr. Tonya C. Bailey (she/her/hers) is an accomplished executive leader with over 25 years of experience in higher education and corporate sectors. She is known for leading transformative initiatives, implementing award-winning diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) strategies, and delivering impactful coaching and leadership development services.
A sought-after speaker, workshop facilitator, and life coach, Dr. Bailey is recognized for creating environments where all individuals feel valued and supported. Her professional experience includes executive leadership roles such as President Advisor, Vice President of Operations, Chief Diversity Officer, Program Director, and Curriculum Development Director. She currently serves as Associate Dean for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) and Community Engagement and holds a faculty appointment in medical education.
Dr. Bailey is also the CEO of TCB Consulting LLC, a boutique consulting and professional development firm she founded to help individuals and organizations achieve success from the inside out. Through TCB Consulting, she offers executive coaching, corporate strategy, and organizational culture transformation services.
